Agave ‘Kissho Kan’ (Agave potatorum)
‘Kissho Kan’ is a beautiful, but hard-to-find, dwarf agave with variegated blue-green leaves highlighted by creamy white edges and dark reddish-brown leaf spines. Thought to be a Japanese selection of a Mexican agave, the name ‘Kissho Kan’ translates to “happy or lucky crown”. Easy-to-grow as a potted plant because it creates a symmetrical rosette that only grows about 12” tall x 12” wide. It sends off many young offshoot plants surrounding the mother. Grow in full sun and water sparingly.
Hardy to Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 12-15" in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°.
Easy Grower!
