ABlue Mist Spirea (Caryopteris x clandonensis ‘Longwood Blue’)
This easy and resilient mounding perennial shrub blooms a “true blue,” with its rich color arriving in late summer into the fall. It is one of our recommended pollinator plants because it comes at the time of year when blooms are needed most for the butterflies and bees. A mature plant reaches 2-3’ in height but its size can be regulated by pruning in early spring. Flowering cycle goes on for 2-3 weeks.
Hardy to Zone 5-9 for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 2-3' in container, Summer and Fall bloomer.
