Blue Sansevieria (Sansevieria ehrenbergii) |
Blue Sansevieria (Sansevieria ehrenbergii)
Rick Logee found this rare and unusual succulent in the 1970s and has been growing it ever since. The alternate blue-green leaves are arranged like a large fan concealing the stem. Each leaf is shaped like a channel with white papery edges. The upwardly-growing rosette will reach 3-4’ tall. Sansevierias are indestructible houseplants that need watering only twice a month.
Hardy to Zone 11 and higher for outdoors.
Full to partial sun, grows to 4' in container, minimum indoor temperature 40°, blooms in summer.
Easy grower!
