Desert Rose ‘Red’ (Adenium obesum)
Grown true from seed as a stabilized red, this strain of “Desert Rose” produces consistent deep red flowers with a well-formed caudex. They love it sunny, dry and warm, typical of their Madagascar home, and tolerate neglectful watering. Shipped in a 5” clay pot for a ready-made gift for any gardener in your life.
Hardy to Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 1.5-3' in container, minimum temperature 60°, intermittent bloomer.

| This is a very beatiful and exotic plant. I put it outside in the summer in a sunny area and I give it as much sun as possible in dreary winter Pgh, Pa. Blooms every summer. Allow to dry between waterings, especially in winter. |
