Fruit-Scented Geranium Collection
Our Fruit-Scented Geranium Collection offers some of our Logee's favorites. The upper right plant is Pelargonium 'Red Raspberry' named for its bi-colored flower. The leaves carry a lemon scent. The lower right is Pelargonium 'Apple' (P. odoratis-simum). Although the blooms and the leaves are small, the scent has a lovely light apple fragrance. In the lower left corner is P. 'Strawberry', which has a pleasing pink flower with center striping. Its small crinkled leaves give off a light strawberry fragrance when rubbed. In the upper left, is P. 'Prince Rupert' (P. crispum), which has pink flowers with large ruffled leaves that give off a strong lemon scent. In the center is Pelargonium 'Lime' with strongly scented leaves. Remember, scented geraniums respond best in high light and can withstand dryness.
