Himalayan Butterfly Bush (Buddleia crispa)
Himalayan Butterfly Bush is an old favorite of Logee’s. Its silver-gray felted leaves are crowned by large umbels of intensely fragrant lilac-type flowers. The flowing, mounding form reaches about 3’ in height and every year it blooms reliably all summer long. In our area of northeastern Connecticut, this perennial shrub dies back to the ground and re-emerges next season to start its show all over again.
Hardy to Zone 6 and higher for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 2.5-3' in container, Summer bloomer.
