Like the magnificent beauty of a fall forest, Philodendron 'Autumn' will often have 3 vivid leaf colors open at once. New leaves unfurl orange but quickly change to a bright red while mature leaves darken to green. This indestructible houseplant is a shade lover and should be placed out of direct sunlight. 'Autumn' is a self-heading (non-vining) variety that grows to 30" tall. This hardy plant is virtually pest- and disease-free. Like all Philodendrons it removes toxins from indoor air and acts as a natural air purifier.
Hardy to Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.
Shade, grows to 3' in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°.
