Philodendron ‘Pink Princess’ (Philodendron erubescens)
Plants with black leaves are rare in nature. That's why Philodendron 'Pink Princess' is so unique. It's a rare black-leaf philodendron with hot pink variegation. The young leaves emerge as a dark olive-green with white variegation, maturing to a deep black with bright pink spots. The variegation is highly visible. Provide good light for maximum coloration. Grow in bright indirect light indoors or a shady location outdoors. This philodendron prefers moist but well-drained soil and some humidity. As a vining plant, it should be grown on a stake or trellis.
Hardy to Zone 9 and higher for outdoors.
Partial sun, shade, grows to 2-4' in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°.

| This is a wonderful Philodendron not only is it beautiful but it is showing to be a good strong grower in several different light conditions and temperature conditions I have owned this plant now for almost two years. I have raised many different Phils for about 35 years even have my own hybrids but this one Pink Princess is a winner! |
