Dazzling orange-to-yellow flowers adorn this strong grower from Thailand which blooms freely from late winter until late fall. To our surprise, Climbing Bauhinia makes a wonderful container plant with staking or support. The showy blooms emerge on the tips of new growth opening yellow and darkening to a deep orange. The more sun the better, preferring 60ºF lows, although it will tolerate temperatures into the 30s for short periods.

I've had this planned for over a year now. It's flowered for me last summer when I first got it. It has grown and filled my basket beautifully I highly recommended this easy to flower vine. (Posted on 7/13/2014)
