Light:
|
Full
sun (southern exposure). Keep in a sunny spot.
|

Temperature:
|
Maintain
indoor temperatures above 65° F, especially during the winter.
|

Humidity:
|
Preferably
50% or higher; however, they will tolerate low levels of humidity for
a short time.
|
|
Watering:
|
Bring
soil to visual dryness in between waterings. When watering,
thoroughly saturate the soil until a little water runs out of the
bottom of the pot. Try not to put plants into a severe wilt.
A slight wilt will do no harm.

Fertilizer:
|
They
are moderate feeders especially when grown under high light: ˝
tsp/gallon once a month with a balanced fertilizer during the summer
or when growing actively. Stop the feed in the winter.
|

Pruning:
|
Prune
during active growth if the plants get too tall.
|

Insects and
Disease:
|
During
times of high temperature and low humidity they are susceptible to
spider mites. They are highly susceptible to root disease in the
winter months. |
