Partial sun (east
or west exposure).Some
direct sunlight is beneficial however direct midday sun is too strong
for best growth.
Temperature:
Maintain
temperatures above 60 degrees; they will tolerate cooler temperatures
but they become more susceptible to diseases.
Humidity:
Preferably 50% or
higher; however, they will tolerate low levels with no harm.
Watering:
Bringing
a little dryness to the surface of the soil before water is helpful;
however, they do not mind even moisture.
Fertilizer:
Fertilize
sparingly; they can be hurt by too much fertilizer. ¼ strength every
two months is adequate. Repot once the plant has completely filled the
pot.
Pruning:
Only
prune off old stems once they have finished flowering and look
unsightly.When plants
gets too largedivide them;
this can be done at any time.

susceptibility to mealy bug.
