Temperature:

Minimum
indoor temperature above 60°F; however, they will tolerate low levels
periodically.

Humidity:
|
Preferably
50% or higher; however, they will tolerate low levels without harm.

Watering:
|
Water
when the soil is visually dry; don’t over water. Thoroughly saturate
the soil when watering. Keep in a clay pot, which will help with
increasing air exchange in the root zone.

Fertilizer:
|
Go
easy on the fertilizer. Apply monthly or bi-monthly. Fertilize with ½
tsp/gallon of a balanced fertilizer (ie: 5-10-3, 7-9-5, 10-10-10).

Pruning:

Prune
plants after fruit harvest or whenever growth is excessive

Insects and
Disease:
|
Resistant
to most insects; occasional mealy bug problems. They are susceptible
to root disease if kept too wet and cool.
