Plumeria ‘Donna S’ (Plumeria rubra)
Big, bold, sweetly fragrant blooms adorn Plumeria ‘Donna S,’ a new variety with lots of pizzazz. The nearly 4” blooms are reddish-pink with white highlights on the petals and deep red markings on the petal tips and backs. Each large inflorescence will produce up to 100 flowers during the growing season making this plumeria a must-have for any collector. ‘Donna S’ is a deciduous variety that goes dormant every winter and resprouts new leaves in the spring. Grow in full sun to maintain steady blooming throughout the summer and early fall. This is a grafted plant that will bloom sooner. Our supply is limited. Please order early.

  1. Donna S. bloomed for months. Review by Roberta
How do you rate this product?

I bought this plumeria last fall. It went dormant soon afterwards. In the spring it began to get a bloom stalk. The grafted plants really do bloom sooner. I've had other plumerias that I had to wait years to see bloom. This one began blooming in May of 2015 and is still blooming in late Oct. It still has buds too. It was outside all summer. Now it is back inside and still blooming. I really recommend it. (Posted on 10/26/2015)
