Tillandsia Basket
Here's a delightful, easy-care plant that's wonderful for gift-giving. Our Tillandsia stricta hybrid cluster (a mother plant and some pups) is in a 4" wooden Vanda basket with a 21" hanger. The striking hot pink blooms have showy small blue flowers. Each plant will have at least 3-5 blooms. Tillandsias are epiphytes, or air plants. Grow in bright, indirect light and drench with water once or twice a week. Stricta hybrid is a prolific "pupper" and will produce many young plants that will also bloom. This Hanging Tillandsia Basket is ideal for a window, patio or porch.

Hardy Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.

Full to partial sun, grows to 6-12" in container, minimum temperature indoors 60°, blooms in spring.
