Perpetual Cinnamon is packaged in a 5 oz bottle with instructions to make cinnamon extract. The cinnamon extract can be used in any recipe that calls for powdered cinnamon. Simply fill the bottle with vodka and wait 4 weeks. Each time you use the extract, simply refill with vodka. Perpetual Cinnamon lasts for years. Each bottle is hand dipped in beeswax and tied with raffia.
