Aporophyllum 'Edna Bellamy' (Aporophyllum hybrid)
Finally, an easy-to-grow compact trailing plant with outrageous flower size. This hybrid between the aporocactus and the epiphyllum is best grown as a hanging plant. Its culture is the same as other epiphyllums needing partial sun, a wet-to-dry watering schedule and a cool, dry period during the winter for spring flowering. The 3" flowers are an outrageous orange color highlighted with tones of pink. Like the large Orchid Cactus, the blooms arise along the hanging stems opening over several weeks in the spring.
