This rhizomatous begonia hybrid has a tight mounding form and
sharply defined, star-shaped leaves. Its golden hue is pronounced in conjunction
with its maroon veining. ‘Starburst’ makes a wonderful indoor plant in
areas of low light or tight space and can be grown successfully on a windowsill
or in a hanging pot. Sprays of white flowers rise above the foliage in winter
and add to its splendor. Like so many in this group of begonias, the leaf
color varies seasonally with light intensity. A Logee’s exclusive hybrid.
