Meyer Lemon (Citrus limon)
An heirloom dwarf lemon with delicious golden-yellow fruit, Meyer Lemon makes a fine potted plant and it’s one of the hardiest lemons for cool temperatures. The fruit is more flavorful than store-bought lemons and is prized by chefs. It bears heavily at a young age, flowering and fruiting year-round. This is a well branched Meyer Lemon in an 8” pot that’s already fruiting size.
Hardiness Zone 9, 10
Bloom Season Intermittent
Sun Requirement Full Sun
Grows to 1-3'
Minimum Temperature Indoors 50
Plant Type Fragrant

Container Grown Citrus

Keep the root systems healthy and active. A period of dryness helps stimulate flowers and fruiting. Mimic Florida’s climate- wet summers and dry fall/winters.

Most important for potted citrus:

• Full sun and high light. The more the better.
• For faster growth and an active root system,
   grow them warm.

• Do not over pot.
• Grow in clay pots for optimum root health.
• Fertilize spring through fall.
• High light aids in flowering and fruiting.
• Fertilize in growing season 1-2 times a month.
• Water when the soil is visually dry or at first signs of wilt.

  1. Healthy Looking Tree, Great Communication from Logee's Review by Greg
How do you rate this product?

Living in Colorado, I wasn't sure how 2 trees would arrive, but this tree was packed well and looks great. It even has a few lemons, but we'll see what happens given it's winter and they're now in a bit colder environment until Spring. Logee's worked with me on shipping, and I was being a bit difficult to get it from CT to CO in time for Christmas, but not TOO soon. Great experience overall. (Posted on 12/29/2018)

  2. Excellent purchase Review by Alaskagirl
How do you rate this product?

I bought the 8" pot and was very impressed. It was a little on the expensive side but well worth it. It came well packed. I was also surprised how tall it was. The foliage was not unlike the picture. No fruit or flowers, but an absolute gorgeous plant. (Posted on 7/24/2018)
