Geum ‘Mai Tai’ is a hardy perennial with single to semi-double, ruffled apricot flowers that feature a rose blush on the petals. It’s a prolific bloomer and the flowers rise above the short, mounded foliage on well-branched burgundy stems. Hybridized by Brent Horvath of Intrinsic Perennial Gardens, Geum ‘Mai Tai’ starts blooming in mid-May and continues through early summer. It makes a sensational flowering plant for the hardy perennial garden.
