Moses in the Cradle ‘Sitara’s Gold’ (Tradescantia spathacea)
This resilient indoor container plant is found in several color forms and ‘Sitara’s Gold’ brings another unique addition. The coppery-gold leaves have deep burgundy undersides and form rosettes creating a full specimen with ease. It’s a real trouper when it comes to holding its own through periods of neglect and poor lighting. For best growth and color give it bright indirect light or a little morning or afternoon sun.
Hardiness Zone 10
Sun Requirement Full Sun, Partial Sun

  1. Fast Grower! Beautiful plant! Review by Yourmagicgirl
How do you rate this product?

Out of all my indoor plants (and I have many) this is probably my most gorgeous ,full and healthy. I received it as a tiny thing in a small 4inch pot and 1yr later it’s huge! It seems to really enjoy full sun in my East facing window and I let it dry out completely before deeply watering it once a week (every Saturday). I’m amazed everytime I look at! It has literally TRIPLED in size since the first day I received it in mail from Logees. If you are a beginner with plants or just want a very easy care plant then this on is for you! It obviously doesn’t hurt that it’s absolutely gorgeous too! Thanks Logees! Well worth the $20 price tag! (Posted on 4/29/2018)
