Mavis This little fig plant was EASY to grow! It produced its 1st fruit within a couple months!!! It continues to grow and produce. I have it in a medium size pot outside in our hot, humid, rainy, Southern climate. I highly recommend this as a 1st potted fruit plant.

Krista I bought this less than a year ago, and have it in a heated greenhouse. I haven't had any figs on it yet, but the plant is over 9 feet tall! I will have to top it soon as my GH is only 10 feet tall. Looking forward to getting some fruit.

Eric "Petite Negra" is my best-producing fig here in the Midwest (zone 6). Be aware that while this variety does start producing figs when small, it eventually gets to be a large tree unless kept pruned back (I have a couple of trees that are about 7 feet tall in tubs). Taste is fine, size medium, easy to propagate from dormant cuttings.
