New orders with Standard Shipping will begin to depart from our facility the week of June 8, 2026.

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to extended cold weather that impacted our fulfillment operations. As we transition into spring, a significant increase in order volume has further contributed to processing delays. At this time, shipments may be delayed by approximately one week. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

Express orders require both a complete street address and daytime phone number. Sorry, we cannot ship Express orders to PO Boxes. Backordered items on express orders are shipped via standard shipping when ready.

• 2-day Express orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday & must be placed by midnight Tuesday EST for same week shipping.
• Overnight Express orders are shipped Monday through Thursday & must be placed by midnight Wednesday EST for same week shipping.

Orders with Standard Shipping are typically sent with USPS Priority Mail.

Orders that include backordered items will ship in full once the backordered items come back into stock.
