You can request
a “Hold Order” for Hardy Perennials and we will ship them
when it’s planting time in your zone. Otherwise, Hardy
Perennials can be kept in a cool or cold spot like an unheated
garage, cool cellar or outbuilding. Cover the pot and soil
with insulating material (burlap, clean rags, newspaper) and
check the soil every 2-3 weeks to make sure it doesn’t dry
out completely. In the spring, plant as soon as the ground
is open and no longer frozen. Dormant plants can endure
freezing temperatures in the spring as long as the plant
remains dormant without any green buds.
Angel’s Trumpet ‘Ecuador Pink’ (Brugmansia hybrid)
Having the deepest tones within this color grouping, ‘Ecuador Pink’ remains one of the most popular Brugmansias. Spectacular blooms begin in the spring and continue throughout the fall. Its long, pink trumpets turn their fluted edges up after dark, exuding a potent fragrance and a mysterious quality all at once.
Hardy to Zone 8 and higher for outdoors.
Full sun, grows to 3-6’ in container, minimum
temperature 35°, blooms in spring, summer and fall.
I ordered this plant in the spring of 2012 and its summer now and it has grown about three feet and has 8 buds. The first flower just opened and within a few hours it blushes pink and just gets deeper i really like the sent too i think it smells more like Easter lilies. Overall if your going to get a brugmansia i would definitely recommend this one and make sure you take it out in the summer!

A first-rate Brugmansia and a must-have for your collection
This is one of the best Brugmansias you can buy.
Brugmansia Ecuador Pink blooms at a fairly early age. The flowers start out a cream color and as they age [over a 3-day period] turn to the beautiful pink color shown in the photograph. A large plant can have flowers of varying colors open all at the same time.
One of the best qualities of B. Ecuador Pink [to me] is that the flowers smell like old-fashioned lilacs.
This is the only Brugmansia I grow since I have limited space and even if I didnt have enough space, I would make room for this plant.
