Psidium littorale 'Strawberry Guava'
Great to eat and excellent for pots, this guava's dark red fruit arrives throughout the summer months. A strong grower with
shiny leaves, it tolerates dryness in both the soil and air. Fruiting starts at about 3' after which time its height can easily be maintained with judicious pruning. Self-fertile.
Hardy to Zone 10 and higher for outdoors.
Full or partial sun, grows to 1-3' in container, minimum temperature indoors 35°, blooms in summer and fall.
