Blc Pink Empress ‘Ju-Sen’ has massive 7” flowers that are light lavender with a ruffled lavender lip featuring magenta highlights and a golden yellow throat. These flowers make a bold statement and their extra-large size only allows 1-2 flowers per spike. The flowers are lightly fragrant and last for 2-3 weeks. The blooming season is both fall and spring. It can be grown in direct morning sun but needs partial shade in the afternoon. ‘Ju-Sen’ is an Award of Merit winner from the American Orchid Society for its sensational flowers. This is a blooming size plant not necessarily in spike.
