Emerald Forest Plant (Sinningia bullata)

Grown for its unusual caudex and tubular reddish-orange flowers that bloom intermittently year-round, this easy grower has an erect habit when juvenile, but the stems start trailing when mature. It makes a wonderful potted plant on a partially sunlit windowsill or a bright indirect light location or light garden. The attractive, textured green leaves add more charm. Keep evenly moist and remember to water carefully as not to get cold water on its leaves.
