Abutilons are well loved for their bell-shaped flowers and reliable performance in both home and garden. Abutilon ‘Star Sprite’ is a megapotamicum type that’s a prolific bloomer of 1” flowers with brilliant orange petals, darker orange veining and a red calyx. Because the growth habit is somewhat trailing with tight internodes, it makes an outstanding hanging basket or standard. ‘Star Sprite’ is another Sage Reynold’s hybrid.

Beautiful Healthy Plant

This plant arrived in beautiful shape with a few buds ready to bloom. The plant already has some nice branching with healthy vibrant leaves. The plant I received is about 16 inches tall with beautiful red buds. If you love abutilons you should get this one. I am slowly collecting them all. I grow them inside on a north/east facing window and they do bloom but they would prefer south/west.
