Elizabeth I purchased this plant 3 months' ago and it has tripled in size. It's lush, healthy and full of flowers and buds. We had a few bumps in the road at first - I used a big box potting mix that contained fertilizer and did not drain well. The tips and edges of the leaves started turning brown and crisp. I called Logee's and they confirmed that it was the potting mix. I re-potted it in a good- quality mix that did not contain fertilizer and drains well. After that, it took off. I give it lots of sun - it is on an east window sill and gets full sun from sunrise until about 1:30 pm. I would recommend this plant for it's ease of care and beauty. I have my eye on another abutilon right now.
