Teri Although these take full sun, every time I have it in full sun it scorches the tender leaves. I've yet to see any of the striking coloration described.
Hi Teri,
We apologize for the delayed response. We are sorry to hear that your plant is suffering due to sun scorch. Sun scorch usually occurs due to too much direct sunlight too quickly. If you can, try placing a new plant in a shaded location for a few days, then into a partially sunlit location for a few days, and then into a full sunlight. This helps the plant to acclimate to the suns strong rays and it should help prevent the sun scorch!
Thank you,
