Like a chameleon, Hibiscus ‘Crown Jellyfish’ changes colors from one day to the next. The large, 8” double flowers open in bold tones of yellow, orange, red and maroon and by the second day the flowers take on muted tones of yellow, orange, pink and lavender. You’ll often see both flower colors on the upright bush at the same time. It’s a spectacular sight to behold! Grow in a sunny area with plenty of water and fertilizer to optimize the blooming potential.

Tips for Success:

• Sun, sun and more sun.• They are warm-growing plants and suffer if subjected to cool temperatures over extended periods. As a rule, keep temperatures above 65°F, especially in the winter.• Water on visual soil dryness or plant wilt. Severe wilt can hurt them. Careful watering is critical during the winter or anytime when the light level is low and temperatures are cool.• Under high light and warm temperatures they are heavy feeders and need a balanced fertilizer applied on a regular basis. A fertilizer like Dyna Gro “Grow” 7-9-5 will help induce blooms.• Flowering varies widely between varieties. Full sun, warm temperatures, a balanced fertilizer and careful attention to watering will produce the best results for your hibiscus.

WOW! SO Impressed

It hasn't bloomed yet, but the plant is gorgeous, big healthy, and dang, first time ever I have received a tropical Hibiscus that already had blooms on it, it now has 3 so it will be blooming soon, I can't wait. Only complaint, I wish Logee's had a bigger variety of Hibiscus because I will definitely be buying more from them. Very Impressed... also, it came packaged very well, they took great care in making sure it arrived with no damage.
