Avocado Tree ‘Florida Hass’ (Persea americana)

‘Florida Hass’ Avocado has performed exceptionally well for us in containers. The 6” long fruit has green, bumpy skin and good eating quality similar to the typical Hass Avocado. The fruit ripens in late summer through early fall. It’s important to start harvesting the largest fruits in late summer since mature FL Hass avocados stay green even when fully ripe. They have a delicious creamy texture and sweet, buttery taste.
