Pickle Plant Senecio (Senecio stapeliiformis)

A rare and unusual succulent, Pickle Plant Senecio has fleshy, pencil-like stems with green and purple vertical patterns and soft spines along the edges. A large, reddish-orange flower rises above each stem in summer. This plant is pest and disease free, and extremely drought tolerant. It will continually send up new shoots around the base of the mother plant.
