Elephant Ear ‘Malaysian Monster’ (Alocasia portei)

Deeply lobed leaves and enormous height make this tropical “monster” an eye-catching addition to the summer garden. People will stop and stare at this unusual Elephant Ear whose leaves easily reach 3-4’ in length. The uniquely mottled stems give it more character. You will probably be the only one in your neighborhood with a ‘Malaysian Monster’ in your garden.
