Firecracker Flower (Crossandra infundibuliformis 'Lutea')

Rich, orange-yellow blooms burst forth at the terminal ends of the stems on this East African native. Often called Yellow Crossandra, the Firecracker Flower performs well in containers where it blooms from spring until frost in outdoor gardens, or year-round if grown indoors. This tender, tropical perennial may be grown as an annual in northern zones.
