The Panama rose is a great plant that does flower, and deserves more attention (my personal opinion) but unlike Florida where humidity is regular, here in the low deserts, close attention needs to be observed along with offering somewhat average to normal humidity levels, no soggy underfoot or the plant demise will be at hand, close attention to watering is paramount. Getting back to the humidity topic, our very arid air to this wonderful plant without proper watering and humidity together would be like a fish out of water where overtime would be detrimental. Overall, this plant will flourish under optimum conditions.
