Tillandsia Tectorum on Air Plant Stands

Pure white, fuzzy leaves make Tillandsia tectorum a unique and rare species from Central America. In its native habitat, it grows on rocks or in the top of tall trees so it tolerates bright light. Mature plants bloom in spring with a spike of reddish-purple flowers. Mist or water only once a week. We are selling a Set of 2 Tillandsia tectorums on a pair of Air Plant Stands. (Tectorum and Air Plant Stands are also sold separately.) The black, metal Air Plant Stands come as a pair. One measures 12” tall; the other measures 8.5” tall. They have metals “fingers” at the top to hold tillandsias in place. The metal bases range from 3.5”-4” wide. The white Tillandsia tectorum look beautiful on the black Air Plant Stands but you can use the stands to showcase any tillandsias in your collection.
