My bat flower arrived promptly and in good condition. The larger leaves have brown tips but I understand these are temporary. The abundant roots are healthy and I notice a new leaf emerging!

I have been trying to grow this plant for years. I've gotten little plants elsewhere, I've gotten tubers elsewhere, I was out of options until I saw them here. I've gotten other plants from Logees, so I bit the bullet one more time. My plant arrived last week. It's huge. And it's beyond healthy. It looks like I'm going to be able to have my wish of seeing one of these blooming in my home. If anyone out there has been as frustrated as I have been, spending a lot of money just trying to find a plant that lives, you have come to the right place. With a plant like the one I received, I would have to be totally incompetent to kill it. It's a really, really healthy, large plant, and the instructions for its care are very clear. Thanks, Logees!
I've always wanted these and just moved to where I can grow them outside. I got both the black and the white taccas and both came in way bigger and healthier than I thought, with lots of new leaves sprouting up. I can't wait for them to bloom!
