Ive always wanted a Viola Odorata, never having one ever in my life so I searched online and local nurseries for ANY variety of V. Odorata- no one carries it, only a few online nurseries did & they were all totally sold out except Logee's. You guys are the ONLY ones with Viola Odorata right now (Oct 2020) plant took approx 12 days to arrive from day of order. Plant arrived pkged in long, hard box carefully cushioned with soft, white packing papers. I very delicately removed the plant from packing- Logee's also placed white shredded paper on top of the soil line (nice little idea) the soil was dry and plant barely wilting, but after a good soaking up to the top edge of the pot, (keeping plant above water line) it perked up beautifully. I am impressed with the size: tip to tip top to bottom violet is 5" x 6"- it even sprouted some new baby leaves already. I am in Phoenix, AZ which is terrible for Viola on acct of our heat, but I am growing this in our "winter" lows 40's highs 60/70s. I can not wait for a bloom you have no idea. I am just thrilled with this lovely, healthy violet. I will use Logee's again. Buying live plants online from nurseries is totally new to me, but now I am completely confident to do it again.
