My geranium arrived very well packed and in good shape. Roots were in excellent shape and moist. I am in California and chose to use 2 day shipping and it was worth it. Leaved were very green and the plant looks healthy overall. Can't wait to see the blooms.
I live in Washington state so I'm lucky enough to be able to keep pelargoniums out year round. I got this one back in 2017/18. I started with 3 small plants. It took a year for them to start blooming really well. I took cutting and they rooted easily to enlarge the plant. It can tend to get leggy but takes very well to harsh pruning. I find it blooms best in early spring to early summer and then again in early fall with the best displays in spring. Temperature seems to affect the color of the blossoms, more pink when warm and white when cold. The flowers clusters are biggest, for me, during springtime. I absolutely love this hard to find variety. With care, pruning and fertilizer it is a show stopper. I wish I could post a picture of my mature plant. It's stunning.
I regularly buy plants online, but this is the first plant I've purchased from Logee's. I've been looking for this appleblossom rosebud for a few weeks now, and I was happy to have found it available here. It arrived on time, very well packaged and in good condition. My plant just arrived and what a beautiful healthy plant. I can't believe the size of the plant that I received for a 2.5" pot. Can't wait to it starts to bloom. I would recommend ordering from this company and I can't wait to order more plants for myself.
