Unboxed this beauty this morning. It's bigger than I expected and was in bloom coming out of the box. Love it so much, it's my newest obsession. She's resting in the windowsill near my kitchen sink which is shaded by a very large carport for a few days and then will get her settled where she will be living in my office. Plant arrived is great condition, very little leaf damage during shipping and soil was still moist. There was a little bit of wilting from being in the dark and the heat and humidity of the south for a bit during shipping but I am so pleased with my new green baby! Will be ordering again. 5 stars for the plant and for Logees shipping and careful packaging.
Hiding this guy behind other plants in my east window was still too much light. He wrapped his leaves around his stem for protection and sulked. Reduced light even further (a window with a tree in front of it) and he opened up and started flowering steadily. Great plant for flowers in a low light situation.
In the year I've owned this plant it has grown only twice it's size. I don't mind. It fits so nicely on my windowsill. I've managed only one flower bract. The flowers are subtle and last several days. Overall great plant.
