Hydrangea Let’s Dance Sky View® PP (Hydrangea macrophylla x serrata)
This prolific
reblooming
Hydrangea Let’s
Dance Sky View®
flowers on both
old and new wood
and often has a
flower at the terminal end of every stem so it’s a sight
to behold during the summer to fall blooming season.
The large mophead flowers emerge green and turn
to pink with green centers, in neutral or alkaline soil. In acid soils with a pH of
5-5.5, flowers turn a soft blue color with green centers before maturing to sky
blue. You can lower your soil pH with the addition of aluminum sulfate in the
early spring if your soil tends to be neutral or alkaline. Hydrangea Let’s Dance
Sky View has a compact, rounded growth habit so it’s ideal for containers or
garden beds. It’s also a super hardy hydrangea tolerating winters in zone 4 and
summers in zone 9.
