Commonly
grown in
containers,
Painted
Echeveria is
an attractive
succulent
whose olive-green
leaves
have bright
red leaf
margins and
red center
markings.
The fleshy,
oval leaves
form a central
rosette
up to 6-8”
tall that become surrounded by young “pups” or offsets. Native to Mexico and
Central America, Painted Echeveria thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. In
late spring and summer, a tall flower stalk emerges.
