Spoon Leaf Sundew (Drosera spathulata)
Calling children of all ages! This minute plant for the windowsill gardener is entertaining and curious. One of the carnivorous bog plants from Asia, it makes a great indoor specimen for any sunny exposure. The tiny leaves form in rosettes and are covered with hairs topped in sticky droplets. When insects land on the hairs, they stay. Grow in a saucer of water.

How do you rate this product?

I bought this plant on a whim and I am so very pleased. When the sun shines on the dew you can really see the rosy tips and dew sparkle. What a wonderful plant. I have it under a plastic dome with a fly trap and they are thriving in a southern exposure window. Since the summer sun does not enter my windows, they are close to the window and in water during the summer. (Posted on 11/20/2014)
