Blueberry Plant ‘Razz’ (Vaccinium hybrid)

‘Razz’ is a unique mid-season highbush blueberry with delicious fruit that has greater sweetness, lower acidity and strong raspberry overtones. It makes an ideal fruiting plant for home gardeners who enjoy blueberries and raspberries but don’t have enough space to grow both. Blueberries are a healthy fruit that are low in calories but high in nutrients. The fruit has plentiful antioxidants to protect the body against cell damage. Plant in full sun in well-drained acidic soil. ‘Razz’ is a self-fertile variety but like most self-fertile varieties, it benefits from having other blueberry varieties grown close by since this usually results in greater yields. Hardy in zones 4-8.
