Bush Cherry Plant Carmine Jewel™ (Prunus fruticosa x cerasus)

Carmine Jewel™ is a hardy bush cherry that will delight you with its scrumptious dark red fruit that dangles from long stems in mid-summer. It’s self-fertile but we’ve noticed higher yields when planted with Bush Cherry ‘Joel.’ Remember to cover with netting to protect the ripening fruit from the hungry birds. Packed with antioxidants, this delicious berry can be eaten fresh or used in pies, preserves or frozen or dried to enjoy all year-long. Grow in full sun and keep well-watered throughout the growing season.
