Hydrangea Quick Fire Fab® PP (Hydrangea paniculata hybrid)
Quick Fire Fab® is the earliest blooming Hydrangea paniculata hybrid that provides gardeners with a full 3+ months of flowers to enjoy. The large, mop-head, conical flowers start out greenish-white and blush to pink, followed by bright pink and then red. Since flowers darken from the base upward, it often results in pink flowers with a white tip. Plant in full to partial sun to create an eye-catching specimen or a flowering hedge. Leave the flowers on the shrub during winter to add beauty to the landscape. In early spring, before new growth resumes, prune back main branches by one-third. Flowers form on new wood. This is one of the easiest to grow and most spectacular hydrangeas we’ve ever seen.
