John Years ago I had a Philodendron Selloum. It had 2 foot petioles with huge leaves. Loved that plant! I saw this plant in a catalog, and was taken by the fact that it was an upright variety. It put me in mind of upright varieties of maple trees that are now used in boulevard plantings in urban settings. I've had this plant since Spring 2017, and it is growing itself out of its space, width-wise. Additionally, some mention of the aerial roots would have been helpful as they have begun to be troublesome.
