Flowering from spring to fall, this China native puts forth sprays of
lavender, open-faced blooms that accent the soft green foliage. A selection of
Hung Nguyen, the flowers are held close to the foliage creating a contained and
mounding appearance. The blossoms have a light fragrance and the foliage,
when crushed, emits a tobacco scent. In its native land, it is a low light plant found growing in caves, so it is well adapted to the home environment.
