Angel’s Trumpet ‘Sommer’s Centennial Belle’ (Brugmansia hybrid)
This outstanding Angel’s Trumpet hybrid from Fred Sommer has double to triple flowers in tones of apricot, melon and peach. The long, pendulous flowers appear once the plant reaches 4- 5’ tall, and have a heady nighttime fragrance for the gardener to enjoy. Plant directly in the outdoor landscape in southern zones or in a large container in the north that can be brought inside before frost. ‘Sommer’s Centennial Belle’ earned its name since it was the 100th brugmansia hybridized by Fred Sommer.
