‘Ken’s Red’ produces bite-sized, reddish-purple fruit that are eaten like grapes—skin and all. Clusters of sweet, smooth fruit are ready to harvest from September to October. Mature plants can yield up to 100 pounds of fruit. It needs full sun and a support to climb on. The set includes ‘Clark,’ a male kiwi, that is required for pollination. One male can pollinate up to 8 females. Hardy in zones 4–9 and resistant to pests and disease.
